Puffle Party!

Hi!

As you all know, The Puffle Party is coming to Club Penguin.  But, what you might not notice, is that there are boxes of balloons in certain places.  You can check out the pictures, on Today’s Pictures.  There is a Pink one at the Ice Berg, a Yellow one in the Light House, a Green one on the Beacon, a White one in the Mine, a Purple one in the Dance Club, a Blue one in the Forest, and a Black one in the Cave, but the Cave has no water in its pool.

My Theory:  The boxes are different colours, right?  And so are Puffles, right?  So,my theory is that the rooms are colour coded, Mine for White Puffle, Forest for Blue Puffle, etc.
